A Syspeace license covers a chosen number of protected servers, for a chosen span of days. That's the entire pricing model — the flexibility comes from how freely you can combine licenses.

A licensed server is a server with Syspeace Service installed and protecting it. Administrator computers used only to run Syspeace Console are not counted, and do not require a separate license.
